Hindustan Coca-Cola Bottling South West Pvt. Ltd.
He then joined one of the world’s leading soft-drink companies as a finance professional, gaining rich corporate experience in finance and compliances. Top management appreciated his timely delivery of reports and his accuracy. After two years with Coca-Cola, he moved on.
Fourteen years
Floraison India Strategic Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
At this business and strategic consulting company he worked across service verticals — accounting and bookkeeping, compensation and benefits, central and state compliances — reporting directly to the CFO. He independently handled more than 90 clients, including MNCs, banks, domestic corporates, LLPs, liaison offices of foreign companies, partnership firms and individuals, and headed the Compliances division for more than 14 years.

A practice of his own
After completing 14 years at Floraison, he established his own consulting firm. It continues with a team of 10 professionals and 4 associates under him — now as Jayani Advisors LLP.
